Hi John,
I'll call Scott on Monday to resolve the issue. However unplausable it may
sound, the bottom line is that the kit was incomplete, it was not tampered
with, there is not list of contents with the K2 kit box, it was frustrating
and certainly *NOT* funny. There is always room for improvement within any
organization and company.
I don't want to make a big deal about this. Hopefully it can be resolved on
Monday.
