[Elecraft] K2-voltages

In checking through the voltages, I find pin 18, U6 Control board is 5v
and s.b. zero.  This pin is designated sck and of course, 7 or 8 other
places on the control brd and RF board measure 5 volts as well.
Checking further, I find if I pull the ctrl brd the RF brd votages go to
zero so I assume I have a problem on the Ctrl brd but cannot find where
I am picking up this voltage.  I cannot find any shorts or solder
bridges.  Anyone else have a problem like this. Oh yeas and pin 36, U6
also reads 5v rather than 0.
