I don't fly yet..

But..

Are there any others guys/gals out there that use their K1/K2 while
flying their airplanes or helicopters?

Please provide me with some stories, of how you use them, what modes or
operating styles, do you use it for voice or digital communication.  Also
provide me with information on how you installed them (detail please!). 
Pictures if you wish.

Also tell me what type of airplane/helicopter you fly?  Your first name
and callsign.
