[Elecraft] KPA100 not communicating

Mystery solved - the main problem was my brain not communicating with my
eyes. MCU v. 2.01F was carefully removed only to be mysteriously
re-installed instead of the more appropriate and correct
v. 2.02H (KPA100 enableing). yes, yes...quite embarrassing.....I'm just
going to pretend it never happened...
