[Elecraft] K2 #2511 is now QRO

K2 #2511 is now QRO with some tweaking to get the frequency back to where it should be.  A little more work with Spectrogram and the ether will be wiggled by K2 #
2511.

Thanks to Elecraft for another fun kit to build.  It had been too many years since I built my last Heathkit.  Now those days are back.  Your kits are as good if not better 
than the kits from Benton Harbor.  I wish they were still around so we could get some healthy competition between you two ;)  That would be the best world to live in for 
we amateurs who love to build kits.  Keep up the good work!!
