[Elecraft] external battery at Tuthill

That's one way to do it. Another way is to make up a battery cable that will
connect a gel cell to the power connector on the rear panel. No need to pop
the top to connect to the external power source. I've run all weekend on a
7AH gel cell/internal battery combination that way.
