I have not owned a computer that uses a serial port for years... But I would think the Firewire protocol is far easier to implement than USB or that "new" USB that no one uses... Firewire is so easy... But then I am a Mac user... Love that new UNIX OS that lives just inside of that Gorgeous OSX interface... Phil #01264 + 100
