[Elecraft] Saving money for K3

I heard that Elecraft was going to come out with new revisions to the PC
boards so that the approved mods (2nd xtal filter flattening mod and the
AF gain control mod, at least).  If they do, I would be one of the first
to buy a new K2 to replace my present one.

More extensive changes, such as major rework of the oscillator circuits
to eliminate the K2's frequency drift problems, might cause a model
number update to "K3".
