I have ordered cards form Octavia.  The cards are great for the money (I
must admit that I have seen a few better looking cards, but they cost
around twice as much).  I went with one of their designs instead of a
custom job, so I can not say anything about that...

It does take TIME, however to get your cards from them.  The last time I
ordered (last fall) it took about 4 months, and that was a reprint with
one minor change (there was a small blemish on the first order).  They
blame the post office, which is probably true, but since you have to deal
with the Russian post office to get stuff from them I think it is
relevant.

I sent the proof for my card to QRZ, and so it is there for all to see.  I
have gotten unsolicitated compliments on how good my card looks from
people who look me up.  Not bad at all considering that it cost about the
same as basic cards from domestic printers.  I'm almost out of cards
myself, and will have to reorder soon - once I find out where I'm
moving...
