         The Lamoine Emergency Amateur Radio Club (LEARC) will be operating 
a special event station in honor of the 7th St. Louis Rams training camp 
opening Saturday 27 July 2002.  LEARC will begin operations at 
approximately 0900hrs Central on 15 meters SSB, LEARC will be switching 
bands (No, no WARC bands) as propagation dictates, The callsign LEARC will 
use is W9SSP.  SSB will be the main mode of operations, although, CW might 
be used at times.
         The rig to be used will be a Kenwood TS520 pumping watts into the 
ether through a multi-band vertical.
