[Elecraft] Rarities

Hi all,
Speaking of rarities, worked a 5KZZ on at 21.290 yesterday, using only 5
watts.  I've been trying to find out the QTH and QSL info.  It was hard to
understand the operator.  Believe he said QSL via DH7WW but I'm not sure.
Wonder if anyone else worked this station?
