        I had a rare thing happen the other day. On a " dead " 15 mtr.
band I had a nice 40 minute ragchew. Rare indeed for the way the bands
seem to be used today.
        Have noticed that the bands seem to always be open for special
events or a contest  " coincidence, I think not."
        The Elecraft fellows had a good idea for using the bands more
when indeed they seem to be dead.
        I have called on 28715  and listened there many times and have
only had one or two contacts there and only one fellow was running a K2.
