Has anyone recently used a photopositive PCB process to make a prototype
PCB?
I have a VECTOR Photopositive PCB kit with several unused photopositive
boards. I had to discard my chemicals about five years ago as they were
many years out of date. Now I can't any VECTOR replacement chemicals.
Do the Photopositive PCBs made by other manufactures use the same
developer (looks like sodium hydroxide - lye) or do I need to buy all
new boards, etc.
Also, any luck with heat transferring the toner onto the PCB and using
it for the mask? Found several articles on this technique on the web
looking for a suitable developer. That method would eliminate the
developer all together.
Thanks
