I bought three of those from Sams roughly at Christmas. 

One didn't work at all, One worked but refused to receive WWVB, the third 
would sync up okay at night (we can only hear wwvb at night in Indiana), 
but it would be minutes off by the end of the day. All three of 'em went 
back.
