Well folks if it does not have to be an atomic clock, here's a deal for you.
Radio shack is clearing out a clock called the DIGITAL NAMEPLATE.  On one
side is a clock with time day/date as well as temperature.  On the otherside
is another screen which you can create your own scrolling message for
example Elecraft QRP station "your Callsign"  Or whatever message you wish
to display.  All this for under $10.00 on clearout.  It's LCD and keeps very
good time aas well as an accurate digital thermometer.

Get on the phone and call your local RS (US ONLY) not avaliable in Canada.

You can't beat that and it looks great on your computer monitor or station
desk.
