Gene Fuller, W4SZ, pointed out to me my Outlook settings were NOT producing
"Plain Text". There's another setting I neglected to mention (and use! MY
posts were Quoted-Printable, not plain text). I've corrected my Outlook
setup, so this post should demonstrate the "Proper" posting method using
Outlook.

So, add to the steps listed below: Turn off Quoted-Printable.

 Tools / Options / Mail Format / Plain Text,

 un-click Use WORD for editor

 and

 Click Setring, and select "None" and Mime.
