[Elecraft] KIO2 Software

Having just completed the KPA100 for my K2, I downloaded the K2Remote
software from the Elecraft Web Page.  I see where it has not really had
any enhancements since last year.  While it runs my K2 OK, it is limited
in many ways, ie: the CW type ahead feature allows only a few characters.
 The Web Page said that new enhancements were in the works, I don't
really see any on the Elecraft page.  My question is:  Is there any K2
control software out there that works with the K2.  I'm not really
interested in logging software but control software.  I found that KE6D
has a program out there and before I download it, I was wondering if
anyone out there is using it, and how it performs.  Also, is there
anything else out there.
