What they say is still literally true.  None of us (other than Wayne and 
Eric) *individually* built the K1 or K2.

They were thinking of the guys who design and build from scratch (vs. 
building a kit), I suspect.  And there are still a few out there who do 
that (e.g., QRX articles).
