[Elecraft] K-1, KAT1 help needed

Cannot help with the KAT1 problem (mine worked right away .. and it has 
been a long itme since I built it).  Do make sure all the test steps 
work (relays switching, etc.) along the way.

AND -- when you remove the KAT1 you must put a jumper in the 10-pin jack 
at the right rear of the filter board .. or you will hear nothing 
(antenna will not be connected, in effeect).  That may be why you hear 
nothing wih the KAT1 removed.
