Pin 1 of RP1 is connected to one side of ALL of the resistors in RP1.  It goes
to VCC.  Each switch pulls the other side of a resistor low when it's pushed. 
If it's backwards, then pin 1 just goes to where pin 10 should be....the
rate/lock button!  This would cause ALL the buttons to act is if they are pushed
when the rate/lock button is pushed.
