Personally, I'd recommend the Hakko 936-12, currently available from

for $89.95, which is a SIGNIFICANTLY lower price than most companies offer 
it for.

Kiesub also has a pretty decent line of Hakko tips as well. I can offer 
some part #'s if you decide to go that way.
