Winding T4 for low power will cause linearity to suffer.  I don't have the
exact reference, but it did come straight from Elecraft a while back.

If you are planning the SSB option, wind T4 for the 10 watt level.
In any case, winding T4 for low power will not prevent operation at higher
power levels - it maximizes the effeciency at 5 watts therefore, when used
at higher power levels the K2 will be less efficient.
