[Elecraft] K1 flickering ATTN LED with new KBT-1

Just to let everyone know, K1 #1012 is on the air and doing fine in
Vermont!  Today, however, I completed the KBT-1 battery pack option.  It
works fine too but here is the thing.  When I choose battery voltage
with the display button, the ATTN LED flickers very faintly.  This
occurs under battery power and also with the usual power supply with the
batteries removed.  It also occurs regardless of whether the LED
capability is on or off.  It only appears to happen when the battery
voltage display is on.  Anybody have any ideas how to eliminate this
issue?  This didnt happen prior to adding the KBT-1.
