The problem is that the battery won't pull 0.6A during the whole
charge cycle. As soon as the battery begins to charge, its voltage
begins to rise and the charging current decreases. A battery
discharged to 10.5 volts probably won't pull 0.6A for more than a few
minutes. As a result, your charging time will be much longer, probably
several days to get a full 100% charge.
