Hi gang, just *had* to share this with the Elecraft gang.... Does it mean
we've "arrived" if we can be suspected of being part of T.O.M.'s "rotten
QRM" ?? :^))
If, by chance, it was me who screwed up and left the split mode on, I
don't know whether to be embarrased... or gratified - or both ?? - that
my little K-2 could wreak so much havoc so far away .....
read on....

Hi -----,
What was the time and date that you heard me, so I can check the log and
see if there's a rig problem. Was it ssb or cw?
To the best of my knowledge, I've made fewer than a half dozen
transmissions, of less than 60 seconds each, on 40 m ssb withing the past
month, and those have all been on either 7279 (Submarine Veterans Net) or
7269, looking for a sked. All presumably non-split. I sure hope my 10
watts isn't intruding on anyone, and doubly hope someone isn't using my
call.
