[Elecraft] K2 - RIT & FP ?

Ok I give up. How do I turn on the expanded RIT/XIT range on my K2.  I can
not find the menu function in the options to program either PF1 or PF2.

Also, I see a menu option of FPon or FPoff.  I see no reference for this
menu function in the manual.
