[Elecraft] Another K2 / MixW problem

I think I've found one other thing that still doesn't work right with
MixW's new K2 support. The macro I mentioned before to center a PSK signal
within the filter passband works fine in the data modes. When I use a
similar macro to center a CW signal, it moves the signal in the wrong
direction on 21MHz and up. This appears connected with the setting on the
CAT configuration dialog "CW is LSB". If I uncheck this, the macro seems to
work OK on the high bands but moves the signal the wrong direction on the
low bands.

I think that MixW is assuming that CW is always either LSB or USB,
according to the setting of the check box. Perhaps this assumption is
correct for Kenwood radios? Could someone else confirm my findings before I
bother Nick with this additional problem? The K2 appears to switch sideband
for CW on 21MHz and up, which MixW probably doesn't know about. (All this
time I thought it was my poor confused brain not being able to remember
which way to turn the knob to make the pitch change the way I want!)
