You did not state exactly which site you had trouble with. So, I tried the
site I understand to be the "offical" digipan site:

http://members.home.com/hteller/digipan

The actual dowload link being:

http://members.home.net/hteller/digipan/download.htm

Worked fine. If that is the site you used, give it another try, perhaps
there
was a server problem at the time you tried.
