[Elecraft] Remote Control Programs for the K2

I believe someone posted recently that there's a new version of MixW that
does support the K2. Also, I know that the author of TRLog is a recent K2
builder and I expect he will have a K2-supported version soon. Of course,
both programs already support the K2 in most aspects by selecting Kenwood as
the radio type.
