[Elecraft] Possible Info 080 problem v2

I have just tried using a lead acid battery with the rig and I still get the 
same error, even if I leave the rig unplugged for a couple of minutes. 
Someone suggested that maybe the power supply was ramping up slowly so that 
the PICs don't reset properly. (I have a circuit which gives a delay before 
the PIC is reset giving the power to stabalise) But I don't think this is 
the problem as the rig was working fine this morning!

Cheers for any help, got osme of the local amateurs round here having a look 
as well.

P.S.: I am suprised that the IOC chip is being supplied with 6V (via 
regulator), I thought it would be 5V? (But it says it one the schematic)
