[Elecraft] CAL S HI problem v2

Having a quick look at the manual, I noticed that the CAL S HI calibration 
in 'Test and Allignment 1' section is different to the one in the 'Operation 
section'

For 'Test and Allignment 1' it says to set the vfo so that the right most 
LED bar comes on (10) after the 9th bar. Then it says the S meter can be 
calibrated better one the crystals are installed.

I presune that this means that the S meter calibraition (in 'Operation') 
assumes that you have completely built the rig and that I should not worry 
about te S meter again until I have finished the radio.
