[Elecraft] CAL S HI problem

Hello again,

I have built and tested my K2 upto stage one and I thought that I had it all 
done. But I have noticed that with the RF Gain control to minimum 
(counter-clockwise) the right most LED bar is still lit.

I went again into CAL S HI, with the ten LED just on the value is 25, but 
even if I change it to 1 the LED won't go out. Have I done anything wrong? 
CAL S LO and everything else is fine.
