[Elecraft] WWV for calibration.

OK, I remember now. And, I still have the lolipop (D-104). It's kind of =
dusty.

Phone isn't complicated, It's painful! This was before my Amateur Extra =
[1], but couldn't have been Novice (I never was a General or Technician) =
because they don't do phone. Anyhow, I had an HW-101, a random wire, a =
tuner and no ground (smart, no). Anyhow, the RF burn on my lip hurt for =
weeks, and I've been CW only since.

Boy, you guys bring back memories I really didn't need.

I'll figure out the Sideband filters, if only so I can set my clock =
without mugging around with my CW filter bandwidths. I'll use =
Spectrogram, tho, not the book.

Dan / WG4S / nee N4GMN / K2 #2456

Note 1: Amateur Extras have to know that a ground is a good idea. =
Advanced (evidently) do not.

Heheheheh.

Is it possible that you might have the BFO for USB set to the wrong side =
of=20
the filter? If this is the case, tuning will appear to be way off.
