No. It can be wound either way. The are no dots on the symbol for T2 on the
schematic. Dots (as on the symbols for T5 and T6 on the RF board) would
signify that relative sense of the windings is important. Also, analysis of the
schematic indicates that it isn't. I have both the windings on T2 going the
same direction.
