Time was, we'd know them by their fists, not by the "pitch" of the note.
Ah... the losses we suffer in modern civilization...

I guess when full synthesized voice becomes popular on the Ham bands so
everyone sounds exactly alike, we'll detune some stations slightly so we can
tell 'em apart by the pitch of their voice... sigh....
