[Elecraft] PICs

Yes the internet has allot of info on PICs and many PIC controller kits are
available.
There are also several good books on how to program PICs.  A search in
Barnes & Noble or Amazon will reveal several.
There are some very inexpensive controller kits out there for around $40.  I
do not suggest buying the all in one PIC kits because they are very
expensive.
There is plently of info on the net.
