If you have a reactive load (which is typical of a single all-band 
doublet fed with open wire), then you really don't care. You're not going 
to get the 4:1 or 9:1 transformation you might hope for with a voltage 
balun anyway. So, you might as well use a way-over-ratings (to avoid any 
possibility of core heating) 1:1 balun and let the KAT2 figure out the 
impedances.
