[Elecraft] K2 options

I did the 160 ant connection next and then the ATU. Personally, I think that the 
amount of "extraction" is extremely small and not a problem. The K2 manual 
reminds you about putting certain connectors in early so that you don't have to 
continually remove the rear bottom cover - that's the area where constant
