[Elecraft] K2 + External Linear, ALC Needed?

The added delay time for signals to travel through the amp and be detected by
its ALC circuit is much longer than that inside the rig. As a result ALC
feedback coming from an external amp will always result in more overshoot of the
output signal. Plus every AMP will present a slightly different ALC feedback
gain and delay.
The K2's internal ALC, like most rigs, is optimized and matched for our TX path
to minimize this.
