[Elecraft] KFL1-4 - Low Power on 15M

To all,

K-1 sn 998 is UP AND RUNNING.. very few problems with it and it is getting
very good response from our local Ham Breakfast Show And Tell !!  They are
calling it the "S LINE" of  kits.......

I do have one problem that I am working on. Low output power on ONLY one
band - 15 Meters.. All of the transmitter tune up sequence went as
documented, but can't get more than about 2watts out on 15 meters. All of
the other band are well over 5 watts (including 20M)..

I am just beginning to debug this but thought I would ask if anyone else had
experienced this particular problem..
