I want to take this opportunity to apologize to the list for
accidentally posting a note intended only for  Eric, Wayne, and Gary,
directly to the list by mistake. It was intended as a private email and
was sent out of frustration.  I made some incorrect assumptions about a
2nd unused element inside the MH2.  I think mention of the 2nd unused
element in the operating instructions might be helpful for users who may
have some question about the proper operation of their particular MH2.
I've had quite a few emails from list members who also thought their mic
was incorrectly wired because of the clipped leads on the 2nd unused
element.  I did however, have a problem with the mic that now appears
solved and I will post my findings to Eric and Wayne after a few
additional on air tests.

I've received many emails from Elecraft builders expressing their
delight with their MH2 mic's and Bob Heil in general. Bob has fierce
supporters with much more experience than I who have had tremendous
success with his products over the years.  I sincerely regret any
aspersions I may have cast on Bob and his fine company. In fact, I've
had many offers from Bob's supporters to "dispatch me with great
prejudice".  I only hope not to be "terminated" before I have a chance
to build the KPA100!
