[Elecraft] Filter Board resistance check problems

Just completed the filter board for my K1 tonight and looks like I ran into
a few problems.  The first two checkpoints come out within the range
indicated in the manual.  The 3rd test (U1 pin 6, U1 pin 12) shows infinite
resistance on my Fluke 83 as does the 4th test (U1 pin 13, P2 pin 6).  I am
guessing that the P1 and P2 tests further down the page are ok since the
manual indicates that is a possibility.

The K3 tests also show infinite resistance.  It has been a long time since I
built a kit so I have been going slow with this.  Had a little problem on
one of the toroids but got past that.  I have checked the board and all
solder joints appear to be good.  Dont see any solder bridges.  Using one of
the soldering stations listed on the web site.

Any suggestions as to where to look for the problem ?
