Oh, gosh, don't start THAT thread up again....

Suffice it to say that propagation is OFTEN reciprocal, and that 
theorists typically model it that way. But it sometimes isn't, or the 
reciprocal property is masked by noise or other signals propagating from 
other regions.

Bottom line: sometimes you can work 'em, sometimes you can't.
