[Elecraft] K2 support in MixW multimode software

Good news!

Nick, UT2UZ, author of the MixW multimode data software, has agreed to add
CAT support for the K2, so that CW keying by CAT control will work. I have
sent him a copy of the KIO2 Programmers Reference. If there are any other
things that would work better with dedicated K2 support than they do
currently using the Kenwood option, let me know, and I will pass it on to
him.
