Hi,
I'd like to personally apologize if you sent [email protected] email over the
holidays and received a delayed or no response. As noted earlier, the Elecraft
main office was on holiday shut down through Jan 1st. Also, Gary was on Vacation
between Dec. 21st and Jan 6th (yesterday). During that time all
[email protected] mail was forwarded to Scott here in Aptos.
Scott made a valiant attempt to catch up last week when we returned to the
office on Wed., Jan 2nd, but he was still behind this morning. Gary is now back
and both he and Scott are working hard to clear the remaining email backlog by
the end of tomorrow. I guess everyone was busy building over the holidays!
If you have not received a response to an email sent to [email protected] by
the Wednesday (Jan 9th), please resend it and we will handle it immediately.
