Hi all.....

    A viable and potentially valuable improvement to the K2 would be to
invert the circuit boards within the main enclosure.  By doing so, it will
be possible to exploit the heat disappated by the finals - which would be
connected to the top of the radio - and fashion a small warming tray for
keeping coffee, tea or any other beverage warm in the field.  It would be a
logical companion for the KBT2.

    For the record, I like the dust cover idea.
