[Elecraft] Ya'll gotta have nothing to do

To those who are posting the test messages...you really must have time on
your hands and nothing better to do with it.

Some of pay for our bandwidth...so each dim-bulbed test message costs
money.

If you REALLY have to test, why not include something interesting or on
topic...I'd rather pay to hear about a mod you've done, or an antenna
you've used in limited space than to see yet another content-vacant
test messages.
