[Elecraft] KIO2-Induced Problem

I recently installed the K160RX option to my K2.  That seemed to go
well.  I then embarked on the construction of the KIO2.  That seemed to
go well also.  I got through the Initial Tests section OK but then
noticed that the bar-graph display on the front panel was at a steady
+20.  I tried lowering the RF Gain control to see if that caused a
change in the bar-graph.  It did not.  Also, the RF Gain control has no
effect on the volume in the headphones or speaker.  The overall gain
doesn't seem as loud as it did, but this is subjective.

The K2 worked OK in my pursuit (unsuccessful) of the Truffle tonight,
but I hadn't applied the modifications to the Control Board then.

I disconnected the KIO2 but the problem remains.  Anyone have any ideas?
