One thing you will discover that has changed over the past 15 years is the
wealth of data on the internet. Two call sign databases cover most Hams that
I have tried to track: http://www.qrz.com and http://www.buck.com. Buck
seems to have more data on DX stations than QRZ.
Buck lists H7DX as a Nicaragua station with DL7CM as the manager, just as
you found in the bulletin. Further Buck gives an e-mail address of
[email protected] for the manager. My next step for more info would be an
e-mail to the manager.
