[Elecraft] Alignment tool information/PaperMate Pen

A Papermate pen will slip over the end of the green Elecraft alignment
tool, 
so you have the pen to twirl.  Disassemble the pen and use the
5 inch section.  It is round, has a good feel, and is reusable as a pen
after alignment.  No cutting involved...
